Crochet, Afghan block
This is the first mosaic crochet pattern for Creations by Courtney. As a designer that prefers to have few ends to weave in, after chatting with an experienced mosaic crochet designer, I landed on creating a center out design. This was a fun challenge to figure out a geometric pattern that is unique.
Inspired by radiating shapes in a kaleidoscope, I landed on a simple center surrounded by diamonds that shift and change color order. These diamonds repeat around the center, and would make for an eye-catching larger square or blanket.
