Knitting, Throw, Blanket, Tutorial, Baby Blanket
I've been inspired recently by patchwork quilts and decided to experiment with the log cabin knitting technique - changing colors and pattern textures for visual interest.
The blanket begins in the center with stockinette stitch in Color 1 and expands to the outer edges while changing color & texture, block by block. But fear not! It's not as tough as it sounds. The pattern is written step-by-step and includes photos and a brief written tutorial to help you pick up your stitches like an expert! Have fun with the colors - I can't wait to see what you choose!
Finished measurements: 29 wide x 30 long
