A Fabulous One Skein Wonder! reimagined with new yarn for Stitch Up Chicago! The texture of the Park City Crochet Beanie simulates a knit hat seed stitch in texture and style and gives you such a snug classic beanie style!
  
I did make both a knit and crochet version of this hat to have a little side by side fun.
  
Gauge: 8 sts x 9 rounds = 4 in alternating scfl/scbl
Finished Size: 20 circumference x 10 depth

The hood portion is knit back and forth in the **9x5** stitch and seamed by folding in half width wise and sewing the cast on edge Left to the cast on edge Right, to form your hood. 
Stitches are picked up from the bind off edge and knit in **3x3** stitch in the round for the cowl portion.
